I agree!

I just knew listening to FOX’s Colby that a retraction was going to be necessary later in the day for some misinformation by these di*kwads. Sad to say I was proven correct.

As you mentioned, there should be “independent confirmation” before these A$$wipes report that a person has died. Can you imagine her parents or husband, or any other family member hearing that she had died when she HADN’T?

The media needed a story (FOX’s COLBY is an idiot!), and the Left needed a boogeyman as you noted.

I’m so done with television and cable news! FOX is a joke anymore!

Fox New has little to be proud of and Colby really has to go now. But it was NPR that was the source of the Drudge erroneous headline, although they too backed it down pretty quickly.

When the dust settles I think we will find that there is a common source behind these false reports and I believe that source will be the incompetent and biased Pima County sheriff Clarence Dupnik. Not an excuse for the media not to do their homework.
