I think Bachmann has a better chance of being President than Palin... but not in 2012.
“We’re going to have a deep bench for 2012...”
Wouldn’t hold my breath.
Obobo is toast.
I agree that everything is setup for Palin like South Carolina and other states primaries right now for 2012 than Michelle but still think this is about Bachman running for the Senate as multiple sources have been saying for awhile up in MN.....
Here’s one for your *ping* list
Bachmann is smart and unafraid to say what she believes.
She is a winner.
roflolololol!
Pro Bachman and proud.
"Mrs. Bachmann has been a stalwart in advocating on behalf of constitutional conservatism. She's chairman of the HouseTea Party Caucus and has put her money where her mouth is, voting consistently in Congress to limit the size and scope of government, fortify national security and protect life, liberty and the natural family. National Journal rated Mrs. Bachmann among the most conservative members of Congress in 2009."
That's what this country desperately needs.
I like Bachmann a lot and probably would vote for her. I see that she and her husband own a business, but it seems likely that her husband runs it. I’m not seeing any executive experience (outside of being a mom, of course!). Legislators don’t seem to do well in executive positions; that’s my only qualm at this point. And it may be that she is more needed in and better suited for the Senate. It may not matter who is POTUS if there aren’t enough great people in the legislature. It’s going to be a challenging time for political decision-making from now until 2012.
Rep. Michele Bachmann gave her most direct answer yet on Friday when asked if she was running for president: "I am going to Iowa," she said. "There's your answer. I am going to Iowa."
Bachmann's response, in an interview with ABC News on Friday, was the strongest statement the Minnesota Republican has made indicating that she's interested in a White House run.......
She would be a great choice to replace the idiot, Franken. Too bad Franken cheats.
IMO, Michele Bachmann answers ALL questions honestly and forthrightly without playing politics. She answers all questions to the point; no playing games or hedging. She has a steel spine, more guts than the majority of the men in DC, and a bigger pair of cajones than 95% of the Conservative males in DC. Her love and dedication to our Constitution and our country is abundantly obvious. The same is true for Sarah Palin.
When we elect a female President, we must have a Gold Meir or a Margaret Thatcher. IMO, Michele fits the bill.
Just throwing that out there....
Congressmen/women dont normally become presidential candidates. Thereve only been two people elected president with only a stint in the House of Representatives as their sole government experience, James Garfield and Abraham Lincoln. Think about that and how long ago that was. As of right now, everybody you hear is running, except Palin, Huckleberry & Myth, are running for VP or the cabinet, like Pawlenty, Bolton, Bush, Pence, Barbour, Bachman, Trump, Giuliani, etc..
I like Bachman. . .and like Marco Rubio better. . .
I’m not convinced that the Pubs won’t be running against Hillary in 2012. Since everything is identity politics now (barf) then I don’t think a white man could beat Hillary. Bachmann could if she starts getting her name/face out there now. :)
Could you give me a list of Abe Lincolns executive experience.
