What an awful headline. If you “drop” a bill, it means you’ve given up and are no longer seeking passage. Apparently, that is not what Pence is doing. He’s actually fighting for what is right.
This is the first time I've seen any media outlet use 'drop' in this way. Pence submitted the bill. You would think 'Life News' would be a little more careful.
