The father should be brought up on charges. Period. End of story. I wouldn’t even fire an Uzi much less any kid. Those things are animals to handle.
I was in SF. The first time we all fired short, high capacity sub machine guns, it was a very max safety event. I couldn’t imagine a kid firing one. I agree, the dad should of been charged.
