That's correct and yesterday Lamar Smith, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee issued the first oversight letter to the Justice Department, this is not going away.

If the GOP is only going to control one wing of Congress, I'd much rather it be the House, for budgetary and oversight reason, plus it can't be filibustered, so a majority actually means something there.

Obama must have never figured on having GOP control of the House this soon, he's gonna rue the day he decided he could act like a dictator beyond the controls of Congressional oversight.
