It was posted on the very first thread on the subject on FR. Gave his name, the legal cases, quotes, obituary etc.
Remembering thinking it didn’t take freepers long to zero in on the information and hoping LEO was as quick.
I’ll look if you will too.
Several links here, I still looking

I don’t think the Community organizer has quite the skill the “unusually good Liar” seems to have. O seems pretty much a dandy boy who like to manipulate— and agitate but leaves the detail work to pukes more interested in their fix than taking care of the details.A lot can be said about the target too—
from what I have heard of Foster he seems to have been an amateur, and was probably caught completely off guard.
Think “Stroke”!
First - I doubt highly he was drunk. Worked for years with MADD
Second, I doubt he could climb up into a dumpster in his condition.
Third, I hope they give us the details of toxicology and whether he had anything of value on him which would rule out a robbery.
Does a councilman have this much power?
“On Friday of this week, Wilmington City Councilman Kevin Kelley, charged with running the city efficiently and ensuring all victims get justice, alluded that the Wilmington PD might be going overboard in their manpower allocation for the search for John Wheelers killer.”
I dont want any more resources dedicated to this than we do any other homicide, he instructed on Friday.
I wonder if the New Castle County police are involved much.
I was having lunch with a very good friend when he
suddenly knocked over his water glass, started
slurring his speech and became disoriented, after
a few minutes he regained his composure, denied that
anything was wrong but was unable to operate his
vehicle, He still denied anything was wrong but
let me drive him home, calling his wife on the way
to meet us. Once there he was uncoordinated and could
not stand although his speech returned, his wife picked
him up and took him to hospital. He had had a stroke.
He suffered several more that night and died the next day.
I suspect that is what happened here.
A autopsy should reveal what happened.
Had never seen this before but had read about it
and recognized what was happening. He completely
denied anything had happened until he got where
He couldn’t stand.
Best theory yet.
I am amazed at some of the authoritative blathering on here from people who have not even comprehended the clues already published, such as the ridiculous assumption that he merely crawled into a dumpster to get warm -- 12 miles from where he was last seen behaving as if ill, intoxicated, poisoned or brain injured, in another city with a different trash route.
Even if he stole a car or got a 12-mile ride from a cabbie or a commandeered driver, such a driver on seeing the publicity would recognize that there are enough cameras en route to incriminate him if he does not speak up first. Police are probably also looking at stolen car reports to see if there are any in the vicinity of the Newark dump.
The cold weather and short days are actually helpful factors, since they would have limited his ability to move on foot for any great distance.
Later reports said his cell phone was found in the house across the street from his, where he was also accused by the media or setting off rat poison bombs.
It is barely conceivable that a man like him would do such a clumsy crime as setting off rat poison bombs in a neighbor's house, no matter how enraging he found them, in view of his ability to have secured and deployed far more sophisticated methods.
But it is completely inconceivable that a man as responsible, connected and high-security-clearanced as Wheeler would travel to another city with a briefcase, dressed for business meetings, and not take his cellphone or blackberry, unless he were mentally impaired. Yet his friends report talking with him lucidly on the 28th.
Your entire post is brilliant. I agree completely with your skepticism of the obvious damage control going on. See post 72.
I just hope this is solved...and soon! I hate cold cases!
I thought he had a stroke.
Good. Taking it seriously. There’s lots of info for them to work with, and it looks like they’re using it.
