This actually isn’t a bad idea.

I see it as an effort to split up our enemies and get them fighting against each other.

We need environmentalists on our side against illegal immigration. We need to point out how sensitive environments like the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument are being destroyed by the aliens trudging through it and over the protected species there.

Rather than demanding that the environmentalists fight our fight, we should let them fight their own, separate fight.

One of the first sections of updated border fencing to be installed was in the Organ Pipe NP area. The Gov't put in Normandy-style barriers to eliminate vehicle traffic at the request of...do you believe this?...the environmentalists!

The drug-runners and slave-traders soon figured out how to defeat the barriers, but it was a good first step toward getting the rest of the border fence updated.

I'd like to see them put in the double-layered defense installation that you find in San Diego, now.
