Jessica was arrested in New York City after she allegedly got into a fight with a woman who was trying to hail a cab. Reportedly, a fight ensued when they were both trying to hail the same taxi in the wee hours of the morning.
According to eyewitnesses, Jessica allegedly yanked the woman by her hair and hit her in the face numerous times.
