I suspect that Boehner may be employing a tactic that I was taught by a fellow coward when visiting the dentist. His advice was, back when all dentist were of the male species, was to grab the dentist by the scrotum and make a deal that “We’re not going to hurt one another now are we”?...Such is Boehners tactic...there is only two years left in zero’s admin. and the Congress can pull on his nut sack until he is a real zero...it would take longer to get rid of the sack of excretment through the courts via the BC challenges..
