Only if you allocate congressional salaries, that are costs that are already sunk, do you get a cost. And I agree with the poster who said it’s “on the job training” that is well worth it.
But then there is also avoidance savings. Every minute that congress is doing anything else but voting to spend money is saving us $Billions!!!!
