Boehner: The state of Hawaii has said that President Obama was born there. That’s good enough for me.

Boehner: The state of Hawaii has said that President Obama was born there. That’s good enough for me.

Sadly, Boehner sees the handwriting. The book on Boehner likely has many many pages. Remember the famous FBI files carefully protected by Clinton cronies. Boehner signed Senate Res 511 on Apr 30 2008, along with all other Senators. The gist of SR 511 was summarized on Pat Leahy’s web site. It has been scrubbed, but here it is:

“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”

Boehner is a liar, but we have no current choice other than, as Reagan said, to “Trust but verify.” It may be left for some legislator with extra melanin to explain the Constitution to the public. Justice Thomas is one of a few to admit that they really are not blind at the Supreme Court. Now Governor of Georgia, Nathan Deal knows and stuck his neck out. For that he had his IRS records scoured and was threatened with, probably phony, ethics charges. That is why he resigned from Congress, and probably why conservative pundits are quiet. Look what Justice did to Scooter Libby. Orrin Hatch knows very well, having tried his own Article II Amendment in 2003 to enable Schwarzenegger to run.

This is why reading the Constitution in Congress was relevant. The people are not being represented by legislators who will protect the Constitution which is our contract with government for our individual liberty. The people will use our remaining liberties, particularly the 1st Amendment, to return the Constitution to the primacy which has let us thrive. That is why the left has attacked the Internet with the FCC.
