A natural born citizen is a person born within the territory of the nation in question, and the issue of two parents both of whom were at the time of said birth citizens of said nation. Pres. (?) Obama’s father was not ever a citizen of the U.S.A. Ergo, not constitutionally qualified, irrespective of place of birth.
