with this computer...
Now can the computer guys here on free republic explain in laymens terms what this means?

John told me in computer geek terms. Translated it means something got all boogered up so he rebooted. Now everything’s much better, but there are still a few more bugs to work out. Including the secure server which is still all gummed up. Dag nab it.
