WOW! Who put the Benzadrine in Boehner's Ovaltine!
This is all we can do for the next two years is crush them in the house and defund as much as we can. The Mombasa Moonbeam has the bureaucracy, The Senate, The Media, and the office of POTUS.
We have nothing to lose and there can be no compromise from our side, because we are STILL in the governing minority. The 2012 election will have Obama proclaiming that he could have saved the nation, except for those obstructionist Republicans in the House!
Hope the GOP is tough enough .... and smart enough ... to handle this. We have to conduct a rear-guard action and knock off as many of the bastards as we can while we wait for 2012 reinforcements.

Agreed. I hope Boehner has it in him to get it done. I was pretty incensed when he did the crying routines. Hopefully, there was some strategy involved. I do remember the number one attack they used against Gingrich was that he was heartless. I don't know that anyone can use that attack on someone whose first impression was a crying jag on TV.
And remember they only have a handful of attack modes. Republicans are either stupid, heartless or religious fanatics hell bent on ushering in a theocracy.

"I am afraid this is all they are going to concentrate on. There is so much more junk they need to rid the country of than just simply the Obamacare. I would rather they get rid of hundreds of things first and then the Obamacare which does not even get implemented until 2013. Start with DADT and go from there."I don't think so. But this was big in the campaigns and so they are right to focus on it first. Strike while the iron is still hot. If the rats block them on this, then the American people will see it and know who the problem is.
If they wait and try to push hundreds of things first, it will distract the American people and they won't take as much notice when the rat's block Obamacare.

Oh that would do too, but I was thinking of a different 2 word response. The 3 word response our former VP Cheney said to Patrick Leahy would have worked.

YES!
This is what I wanted to see from the new congress.
This is what we voted for.
