I used to like Neal, now his bitter and hateful tone (that is increasing daily) just makes my stomach hurt.
Negative tone isn’t a bunch of hooey. You hear it long enough, you become bitter and hateful yourself.

So true,, it’s subtle, but very real. A bitter friend or aquaintance can do the same thing. Not that we need to flee it,, but we should try to always be conscious of being around people like that. Same for music. Once I was somewhere where could only get a radio station playing music from the 1940s. After a few hours, I noticed I was in a great mood. Little things matter.
