I see you put that "realistic" qualifier in there. As you well know, there were a number of SOLID conservatives running last time, but the alleged conservatives couldn't fall over themselves fast enough to tear them down.

prior executive experience
must look presidential
a senator or congressman simply cant get elected, or rarely do
communication skills
