Shouldn’t there be a real swearing-in ceremony of ALL the new representatives on the house floor? Why is there some separate ceremony for black people?
That was their unofficial swearing in, more being sworn into the CBC. He was polite, looked bored, and DAMN NEAR RAN OUT OF THERE WHEN IT WAS OVER.
