There’s a great deal of natural dust in the air in Maricopa County; it’s not going away just because it registers on an EPA scale as a ‘pollutant’. It’s been there forever and it’s still
going to be there in the future.
Dust control is so ridiculous it just knocks me out. How in hades does one control dust in the natural world?
