Kouric hasn't thought this one through all that well. So, let's do that for us. Daddy gets up in the morning to go to work. First he prays. Then he directs his wife to feed him, which she does. He makes sure his daughters are dressed head to toe in full burqa, and simultaneously warns his wife to not go out that day at all because, he carefully explains, if she does he will have to beat her.

Strapping on his RPG, he goes out to go to the office ~ or wherever.

Just as he gets to the main road he turns and sees that one of his daughters is "showing ankle" so he pulls his pistol and shoots her to death lest family honor be stained.
