This is like waiting for a miracle in a couple of years instead of going to the emergency room to deal with a heart attack.

The EPA is moving quickly to screw up the economy. The House of Representatives can exclude the EPA and other obnoxious agencies from any omnibus bill as of March 4, 2011 and then pass special appropriations bills specifically funding actions upon which there is agreement and specifically prohibiting the expenditure of any funds for other stuff.

If the Senate doesn't go along, fine: then the EPA et al will simply have to cease to function until it does. This will not shut down the entire government, only the excluded agencies. If the Senate goes along and President Obama vetoes the appropriations bill, fine: the same consequences will follow.

This is disgusting; it's not what we elected these jerks to do.
