Am I reading this correctly? They basically have a year to provide this information?

Ohio sent notices in October to the owners of more than 47,000 vehicles, informing them that their registrations would be canceled if they did not provide an Ohio driver's license, Ohio identification card or proof of a Social Security number by Dec. 8

October to December 8th looks like 38 to 68 days. Depending on when exactly in October the notices were mailed, I’m guessing it’s really 30-45 days plus an allowance for mail time.

That was last Dec 8th they had 60 days I think.
