LTC apologized for disobeying his commanders direct order to board the plain to report for pre-deployment. He maintains his original intent, to not obey Barry's order to deploy to the war zone. Only Barry has the Constitutional authority to order such a deployment, again, granted to the "President" by Congress shortly after 9/11.
I've linked to that fact. Post information that states the SecDef or anyone in the military can, on their own, order a deployment of military personnel overseas and into a war zone...please do share.
