You have a decided position on the issue already. Is that considered scholarly in these days?

My “decided position,” which I have posted here probabaly 100 different times, is that this issue should be decided by a Grand Jury criminal investigation with subpoena power and the ability to compel witnesses to testify under oath, and if the evidence leads that way, indictments should then be handed down. There are no issues of standing to get in the way of a grand jury and every major American political scandal since Watergate has been dealt with via a grand jury.

My personal position isn’t in what I am researching but I’m not going to pretend that I don’t have an opinion when I do.

Yes there should be a criminal investigation, one with the powers to compel testimony and evidence. But on the matter of Obama NOT being a natural-born citizen per the Constitution’s requirements to hold Presidential office, you seem to have a decided position. Am I correct?
