You are right, any argument that says “proper process was followed” is ridiculous. Not only ridiculous — it is evil.

Terri Schiavo was the first person ordered executed by an American judge without the benefit of a trial by jury which is MANDATED in the Constitution before someone can be put to death.

Greer was nothing more than a probate judge, he had no business being involved in the case to begin with. Terri was murdered by judicial order and Greer, Bush and Crist all have her blood on their hands. At one point Bush had dispatched the state police, but he backed down because he didn't want a confrontation.

Congress dropped the ball too, a subpeona was issued for Terri to appear and they did nothing when Greer wouldn't allow it. Congress had every right to order federal marshalls to take Terri into custody to comply with the subpeona.

Wouldn’t it be nice if the Americans took back our government, and prosecuted all those involved in Terri’s murder?

“At one point Bush had dispatched the state police, but he backed down because he didn’t want a confrontation.”

Really? I didn’t hear about that.

Didn’t realize he was a coward.
