“Because Terri’s husband requested that action be taken.”

What the hell does that have to do with anything? The judge could have made her a ward of the state & told the bozo husband to go fly a kite. Just because the “husband” asked for the tube feedings to be withheld, dosen’t mean the judge should have done so. The judge should have stood up for what was right. Your argument is ridiculous.

Because under Florida law he had a say in her care. Certainly the judge could have removed her from under his influence but he chose not to do that.

My argument is not ridiculous. I stated a fact that the judge made the decision he did because of the request of a person with the right legal status.

I did NOT say I agree with it. It was murder.

A husband requested his wife be killed by depriving her of water. The Judge wrote the order. The hospice carried it out. The county police forces prevented the woman’s own beloved parents and siblings from providing her life care. At direct threat of force.

In the murder of Terri Schindler hundreds are direct accomplices.

You are right, any argument that says “proper process was followed” is ridiculous. Not only ridiculous — it is evil.
