Well it didn't pass quietly in Atlanta. first murder of the new year was just after midnight in underground (need I say more) when someone accused 14 yo Ruben Hand of stealing his cell phone lil Ruben done tole the guy he didn't have it, and the guy stabbed Ruben in the neck and kilt him daid.
“We tried to catch him and bring him to the police but he started swinging the knife at us,” Drake said. “We seen little Rueben on the ground bleeding.”

In other Atlanta news "Authorities said another victim was stabbed during the New Year’s Eve festivities at nearby Underground Atlanta late Friday night. That victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition"

YES!! another example of how every culture is just as good as every other. In this case the black inner city thug culture is just as good as the suburban white soccer mom culture. Why I'm sure I remember reading that a bunch of suburbanites got together and stabbed each other for New Year's eve (or was that in Detroit?)

“Well it didn’t pass quietly in Atlanta.”

It didn’t pass quietly in France either. They just didn’t report how bad it was. That’s why quietly is in quotation marks.

This murder happened at Underground Atlanta?

Wow! it’s been about 7 years since I’ve been there. I kinda liked it. I hadn’t realized that it had deteriorated that badly.

Or was this just a case of the thugs hanging out there on New Years Eve, looking for trouble?
