Is this another regulator nobama up and created without oversight from Congress? Something else to defund.

Please. Might I suggest you purchase RADICAL-IN-CHIEF" by Stanley Kurtz.
Kurtz goes into many details just on that period alone while in the Kenyan's life as a teaching professor. And he carefully outlines why the Kenyan was very short on giving lectures. The Kenyan was as many of his fellow travelers steeped in socialism, often weary of saying to much solid stuff. The are careful not to give away their true intentions. They are stealth at soft talking their audiences, the right mix of words... social justice, the poor's conditions, etc. They don't for the most part give away their dream of turning the United States into a pure Socialistic Society. He was so busy intertwined with so many of the Socialist organizations and funds e.g. Chicago's Woods Charitable Fund, Chicago Annenberg Challenge (a foundation Bill Ayers created), ACORN, the Midwest Academy, just to name few players.... all formed and ran by long time Socialist, Communist, far left liberals who slowly got sucked into the fold in many different and often at first appearing slightly divergent paths.
Don't think for a minuted that the Kenyan is stupid. Every action he takes or his fellow travelers take or do not take is totally calculated.
He is cold and heartless. He is not pragmatic. He is a total socialist ideologist. And as Kurtz over some four hundred pages of infinite details starting roughly with those days the Kenyan attended the Cooper Union Socialist Scholars Convention upward to half a year ago... does a splendid job at bring out so many details about the goon's many years tied directly in with Frances Fox Piven, Bill Ayers...
the lists are so long. So many people morphed from the earlier days of the Communist movements in the USA... it is all spelled out. Often appears a bit boring or like Kurtz might just be raising points more then once, then bingo he springs a whole new set of things in the quest all the mentors, close friends, business associates, many different levels of various kinds of neighborhood organizers, Saul Alinsky....
There where good reasons, Obi stayed low while in that teaching position. Kurtz goes into how the why, how the Kenyan was great with the student body but distant with the staff.
Every move he made for many years in so many different connections with the so many far left groups, funds, etc., is brought out.

Demands by even more of the downtrodden lead by their shining hero's the Democrats, demanding social justice be served.
Then there is the issues with the taking over of two US Auto firms and a host of banks. Read and then weep after reading yet another 2010 hot off the press book titled "Bought and Paid For" by Charles Gasparino. How this guy you call stupid sucked the biggest Wall Street Banks into his hands, then screwed them for the most part.
No. I would have to disagree with your premise the goon is stupid. On the contrary. He is very smart within his practiced profession of neighborhood organizer then political elected State Senator, then US Senator, the POTUS. I do not insist in rebuttals. Read the books then get back to me if you still are not convinced he is cold and calculating. He sometimes speaks with language you and I may deem as stupid. Thanks for your information. I’ll only point out that the opposite of stupid isn’t cold and calculating. The opposite of stupid is brilliant. Anybody who is intelligent, and who has watched this man without a teleprompter or on the couple of occasions when he was actually asked a hard question, knows he is not brilliant. Of course I believe he is cold and calculating. But I am convinced he is of below average intelligence. (Otherwise, where are his transcripts? Why does he do so few press conferences? Why does he make so many ***stupid*** gaffes?)

A lot of the people who think Obama is brilliant are themselves not that bright. Really intelligent people who look long and hard at everything he does and says tend to conclude he’s just not that much of a heavy weight mental whiz.

But yes, he is cold and calculating, and yes, he hates whites and America, and yes, he’s intent on doing us fundamental harm. It’s just that a high IQ is not required for that in today’s culture. We have become so PC and dumbed down that Obama was elected without scrutiny or vetting. Most voters have no idea to this day the degree of mindless radicalism Obama espouses. Yet we now see the Hildabeast well educated on the basics. Though she probably is still mostly ignorant of the long histories of those two countries and what expired in them for a thousand years plus. Same goes for the Kenyan goon. He got quickly educated by people in the Intel and Military as to what he was so against for many years, as being quite necessary. Does it make him stupid. No. He just was not educated on these issues.

Otoh, Obama IS a malignant narcissist. As such, he is very, very cunning and manipulative—and ruthless. Still, he achieved much of his ‘success’ [i.e.: getting into good schools and winning elections] via affirmative action and cheating. Texas should simply start issuing its own permits for the twelve miles of the Gulf that belong to this state. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the federal government can grab control of state land. It’s high time that the Gulf states start playing hardball. If the feds interfere with drilling, they should cut off the supply of oil and gas to the other states.

My sister-in-law works for a major oil exploration company down in Houston (she's an exploration geophysicist). She mentioned to my wife yesterday that her company has gotten ONE project approved since the BP spill after having to re-submit it to the approving agency TWENTY-SIX times.
