I guess it’s okay for children to grow up without fathers...

And yes, that was very sexist.

If fathers were around and DOING their jobs we wouldn’t have the Brittany Spear types and Lindsay Lohan types trapsing around in self destruction. Fathers are VERY important to their daughters and sons. You can NOT replace them with females.

I don’t know about the other one but Colonel Allen West is AWESOME. He’s got his act together. It’s NOT about his color for me. He has substance and principles I agree with.

Nope.

To grow up without a father or a mother is a tragedy.

But the father’s role is to protect the mother and children.

It is not the mother’s role to protect the father.

Women should not be deliberately putting themselves in harm’s way. A car accident is an accident. A cop shootout is on purpose. There is a difference.

No it was not sexist. For young children to lose a mother is devastating in the way that the loss of a father isnt. I was raised by a mother who lost her mother very young, and the impact it had on her and all her siblings was terrible, and lasted all their lives.
