No; it's the reality of the TRILLIONS of dollars that have been channeled since the 60's to the black popualtion (4th generation welfare "families"), who have been kept on that plantation by the Democrats via taking tax dollars and spending them to buy their votes.
One needs only to look at the city of Detroit to understand the populace that we're talking about here.
