Absolutely correct!

In Texas, our right to carry concealed handguns is widely recognized as one of the most successful crime deterrent statutes ever enacted.

It's much more difficult and riskier to attempt to commit a felony if your intended victim can fight back.

Violent crime has plummeted as a result.
