It’s necessary, and run by a one woman clown car brigade.
Bush should have NEVER allowed the DHS to be a ‘cabinet level’ agency. Over the long term, the DHS is going to be worse for us than 911 itself ever was.....

Bush CREATED the DHS by Executive Order 13228 of October 8, 2001 Establishing the Office of Homeland Security and the Homeland Security Council.
