The "birther" movement begun by prominent Montgomery County, Pa. Democrat Philip J. Berg is back thanks to another Democrat, Hawaiian Gov.-Elect Neil Abercrombie.
Berg, who had served eight years as Pennsylvania's deputy attorney general, filed suit in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia, Aug. 21, 2008 claiming that Barack Obama was ineligible to be president because he was born on foreign soil to a foreign parent hence violating the Constitution's natural born citizen requirement.
Berg was a Hillary Clinton supporter.
Berg's suit was dismissed in October 2008 by Judge R. Barclay Surrick and rejected by the Supreme Court two months later.
Berg, however, did not go away and the unwillingness by Obama to release documents that would quickly and conclusively put the matter to rest soon started other Americans going hmmmm.
By August 2010, according to a CNN poll, only 42 percent of Americans believe for certain Obama is eligible for the job.
Granted another 29 percent believe he probably is so it hasn't reached the point of a complete collapse of confidence in government.

Agreed. I think the old stoner shot off his mouth, Biden-style, and has since been told to stuff it. If, otoh, he produces something of substance in the near future, we will know it was coordinated—and no doubt fraudulent. I’m betting that won’t happen, and Neil will pretend he never promised to try to release more information in the first place.

Ain’t it interesting that at the same time obama is vacationing in hawaii, ambercrombie is talking about releasing the birth certificate and the media is talking about how the constitution is old and antiquated. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
I just noticed that at the bottom it says, “Any Alterations Invalidate This Certificate”...then in the upper right, the number is blacked out. Isn’t that an “alteration”?
If the 0bastard people release some bc, it’s a forgery. It would have to be released by the DoH directly to have any hint of authenticity, along with any and all supporting documents, files and so on.

I’ve actually looked in my local drugstore, just some anonymous browsing — I would rather be caught with Weekly World News! Seriously though, between publication date, store sales, and the like, I often find that I can’t get the copy I wanted. Now if they had a password-protected site, taking anonymous membership fees....

All heads of state have noted it, not just the Brits and us common folk.
I’d like to see them do more than disinvite Obama.

I've concluded that the race was first designated on the original birth record and transferred to the HI document.
One of my former students works at the local RX. She says the sale of GLOBE increases significantly each time a BO BC article is on the front page.
This increase of sale encourages more articles....THEREFORE, buy several!
