I am quite familar with Eric Ripert because of Anthony Bourdain’s ‘No Reservations’ and also Top Chef. Did you see Ripert recently on the 100th episode of No Reservations? It was a great show, although the quality of the series has declined in the last couple of seasons.

I appreciate the tip and will look it up on Hulu soon. I am surely in the minority, being a man that likes to try new recipes after recording cooking shows.

Generally I fast-forward through them to get the gist of the recipe and whether I’d like to try it. That is, unless it’s a really interesting show like what you describe...or I am watching Nigella. hehe.
