You do realize that your linked proved my point right? Click on "death of an innocent." Since 1985 there have been 45. That's according to Cato. (Earlier CATO material said 40, they have since added 5 more including 2 this year.)

If you add up "all types" you get 357. That's since 1985, and out of several thousand no-knock raids that are conducted a year (again according to CATO.)
