That is not in the King James version and I do not consider it Holy Scripture. IMHO, the books of Maccabees belong in the cannon more than does Esther, but I can say for a fact that there are aspects of the King James that are clear mistranslations of the Hebrew; but then, the JPS has them too.

That decision was made by the Prophets of the 'Anshei HaKenesset HaGedolah.
