Exactly, it is not rocket science. It is clearly stated in Vattel’s Law of Nations.
Vattel’s Law of Nations was the principal legal reference used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens... it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
It can’t be stated more simply than that. You would think even your dumbest obots would be able to understand Vattel’s simple definition of a Natural Born Citizen.
Correct. They keep bringing this subject up as a red herring to distract from the obvious truth that by his own admission and as proved in his own books and Moochell's previous statements.
Remember when he started out in Chicago, he was bragging about being from Kenya? He said it didn't matter because he wasn't running for president. Even Moochell has stated in public that he was a Kenyan. His paternal grandmother has stated she was present when he was born in Kenya. But none of this matters. By his own admissions his father was Kenyan therefore he fails to meet the requirement. Case closed.
Yes, that’s truth, but, having the birth certificate released will remove all doubt who his real daddy is, no more Frank is his daddy if it’s proven that Obama SR is his daddy.
