Once a state of emergency is declared, concealed carry permits become null and void, and those who aren’t familiar with this bizarre stipulation in the law are subject to arrest and criminal prosecution

Ahh, but the 2nd Amendment is alive and well regardless of what the state says. States rights no longer exist. We lost that war in 1865. Those attempting to prosecute at the state level for CC during a State's "state of emergency" should be brought up on Federal charges for denying a citizen's 2nd Amendment rights precisely at a time when those rights are most important for personal safety. After all, it's a Bill of RIGHTS, not a Bill of SUGGESTIONS and the State of North Carolina is still a member of the Republic and is bound by the Constitution.

gestapo police state now...sorry but even if you win one the gestapo will come back at you at a different angle.

Unless the entire police department is enrolled as oathkeepers as a requirement of employment, I wouldn’t trust the pig as far as you can kick it.

Not only charged as individuals but also charged under RICO because they are conspiring as a group for their own benefit which is to stay in power and be paid for their illegal actions.
