I am all for this law. After all, when it snows that hard, it could easily get ice collecting in your trigger area, causing the gun to spontaneously discharge.

Does that interpret that “If a riot is a ‘moving force’, once it gets to your neighborhood it is unlawful for you to possess a weapon”?... Good luck on that one...These so called ‘leaders’ have turned into complete bassackwards idiots.

I am sure it is meant to mean that if a riot starts, they don’t want EVERYONE in town there for a shootout but the element they are trying to stop, doesn’t care about the law in the first place.
