Thanks for the info, and the links. I caught her on Greta's show last night..I was impressed. She was articulate. Sounds like there's a good field. Even though Allen seems the presumptive favorite, and I would happily support him, I think a vigorous primary would be good for him...after the whole macaca fiasco, he can, to use a sports metaphor, use a "rehab start" before getting back to the big leagues. Obviously, he'll have to address "macaca", and handle it, and kill it right away up front..otherwise his campaign will never get off the ground.(I always felt that McCain's challenge of W in 2000 made Bush a far better campaigner in the general election)

Slightly off topic, but what have you heard about the 2012 race for the 11th CD? We came oh-so-close to knocking off Connolly..he's got to be a prime target for 2012. Will Fimiam run again, or do you think that the last minute dust-up about his comments on the VaTech shooting have made him toxic..?

And what about the 8th CD. I suspect that Moron, now that he's in the minority, will grow even more bizarre ( if that's even possible) in his comments and behavior, and might be taken down with the righr candidate.

Thanks again..

As for the 11th and 8th, a lot will depend on redistricting. I don’t see much changing in the 8th.

I don’t know if Fimian will try again. But I think as a two-time loser, even when it was close, he’d have a hard time getting the nomination a third time.
