The only thing the GOP can do right now is defund since the Rats still have the Senate and Obama would just veto any legislation.

To kill it you need to pull it out by the roots.No argiment there, but if we are going to be able to do much of anything, we have to stop them from implementing the policies now, and pull the plug when Conservatives have enough control in DC to do so.
For now, pulling the fiscal plug seems to be the only real way to stop this.
