He is only pursuing an answer to one of two questions that will determine Obey-me’s eligibility:
1) Was he born in the United States / Hawaii?
2) Were both parents US Citizens?
I suspect Obama was born in Hawaii, but if his father is who Obama himself says is his father, he is not eligible.
IMO, the distraction here is in ignoring the second question.
If she married him, there continues to be a serious problem since he had only a student visa.
