I agree. If someone is released from jail, it is because they are deemed ready to re-enter society. If they are not ready for society, they should not be released.

Violent sociopaths are released from jails all over America every day. When the sentence is up they are released no matter what...
Then increase the sentence. If you release someone from jail, their punishment should be completed. If you feel that they still need punishment, then keep them in jail.
