“It doesn’t matter one iota where the 0bama-dummy was born...his father was not a US citizen.
So he takes the nationality of his father.”
I am loathe to defend Obama, and won’t do so here, but....
MY father was (and is not) a US citizen. And I was born and have lived my entire life in the USA. Does that mean i’m not eligible (constitutionally) to be President?
These points have been debated here adfinitum....The year Obama was born the law required the parents to be American citizens or one parent an American citizen for a certain number of years.
The discrepancy is in regards to his mother being so young.
I don’t know why this can’t be reviewed because technically he may not be a citizen because of these discrepancies.
BUT, I think most of us here, would agree that if there were undeniable proof that the man was born on American soil, we’d drop all this.
I don’t think he was born in Hawaii. Why is it, that not one person remembers the birth. No doctor is listed. No nurses. No hospital records.
More important are the documents there after of his schooling.
There is nothing for researchers and biographers to look at.
“MY father was (and is not) a US citizen. And I was born and have lived my entire life in the USA. Does that mean im not eligible (constitutionally) to be President?”
I’m sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to be POTUS. You are a “born citizen” but not a “natural born citizen”. A natural born citizen is a child born in the US of two US citizen parents.
Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen under any definition and he was well aware of it at the time he decided to make a run for President. Somehow he was able to bully every member of Congress into silence on the matter.
Your father gave up his US Citizenship?
The founders defined NBC as being born of US Citizens. Not born of a US citizen. No other country can claim an NBC as their own. Kenya claims Obama, and if you became president, some country would also claim you.
I am an NBC, but my daughter is not, and she was born here too. So your in good company. But neither of you can be president ... legally.
Depends on whether you want to run as a Democrat (no check) or Republican (show all papers plus submit to a full body cavity search /s)
Yes. Read the law.
