How far down the line of succession to replace the presidency can you be, and not be natural born. Never want to see that issue come up again. I seem to recall he’s just a “native born” or naturalized citizen, and Secty of State is fourth in line, I think???

Unfortunately, he is native born, however, his mother is a Mexican citizen and his father was a US born Caucasian.

I'm not certain of the answer to that question. Perhaps one of our resident Constitutional scholars can help out. On the other hand, it didn't deter our current President, now did it (at least from being made to definitely prove it)?
