maybe that he was right, the influence of music upon young minds is overwhelming
hence the sexual revolution of the 60’s, which led to this ruling...
The music is just the massage. The lyrics are the message. The message is the problem. That and lots of drugs.
What people - especially young people - see, hear, read, listen to - strongly affects the mind and desires. That’s why advertising and propaganda and education work. They influence people.
I was very influenced by the books I read and music I listened to when I was a teenager; very influenced. I didn’t like TV or movies much so wasn’t so influenced by those. It was the 60s, very different time of course.
