Uhm, no, this is exactly the kind of "compromise" thinking that has allowed the Dems to set the standard, the rules and the tone in Washington. True conservatives have a solid message.

Brown is the worst kind. He's wearing the R brand and behaving like a damn socialist. Think Snowe and Collins.

A traitor to the values he sold to his supporters during his campaign.

No, this is reality. Massachusetts has never elected a senator or even representative in this state who was a Republican for who knows how long. You run a tea party conservative in Mass, you lose. Romney, for all of his flaws, was definitely more conservative than Weld or Celucci ever were, and Brown is more conservative than Romney. In order to get Massachusetts to vote conservative again, we need to start electing more conservative candidates. Had it not been for Brown's win, I doubt we would have gotten as much traction for Republicans in the Massachusetts House this year.
