Mobile Prison Guard Towers Coming to a Walmart near You! Unbelievable.
Youtube video featured on Fox News.
blech...
You paid for them. According to the YouTube video, you and I bought them as part of Obama's stimulus package.
What a ridiculous waste of money. But you can bet some ex-government fat cat is getting rich from it.
A gatling gun attachment is not currently available as an option per their website, however the “specialists” at Fort Belvoir would probably be interested in your suggestions for perimeter security. ;)

Much ado about nothing.
Dont like?
Dont go to walmart.
I guess I'm supposed to stay away from the hospital as well?
Shoplifting must stop.
I've had a cashier forget to remove a "security tag" from a product I bought at Walmart. When the alarm went off I had to actually walk around to find someone to remove it.
Yes. Border patrol uses tons of them.
Never seen one of those before.
Candidly, I think they are more of a deterrent to 'car/truck break-ins' than anything else.
No problem here...however, I do wish they would man them with a sniper and shoot the low life that break in to the parked vehicles.
In Houston, car break-ins are problematic. These guys grab women’s purse while driving by, females get dragged.
They are organized.. they operate in groups, they communicate with cell phones and walkie talkies.
These would be better if whomever is sitting in there has a sniper rifle.
Oh man, I thought they were for sale.
Wish we had them here in our Walmarts. We have 2 supercenters in our town. Things have got so bad that either my wife or I always stay with the pick-up whenever we shop. That being said I can see the potential for abuse.
Funny you say that, I had a conversation with an off duty police officer one time (Phoenix suburbs) and he told me the areas around Walmarts were hubs of criminal activity.

I didn’t consider climbing one of those towers as an option.Just hook-up high and drive the truck away at high speed.
They simply have to do it. Not prosecuting encourages it.
I dont suppose they are looking for illegal immigrants or terrorists ? Next thing you know we will have to take our shoes off and be frisked before going into Walmart
“I guess I’m supposed to stay away from the hospital as well?”
You will live longer if you do.
Isn't NC the state that has a governor that has a rep for arbitrarily suspending the 2A due to various emergencies. I guess its time to invest in mylar lined clothing.
I see these watchtowers all over the south. I first saw them in New Orleans. They didn’t do much good there.
I saw of these the other day at a mall. I figured that it just caused the car thieves to move to the other side of the mall. Other than that I have no problem with them.
Last week, after leaving a children's concert at the mall (I would never go there to shop) due to the well lighted parking lot, I forgot to turn my headlights on. I was immediately pulled over an the LEO who regretfully informed me that whereas he would normally advise me to turn on my lights, he was required to ticket me as he as on "FEDERAL OVERTIME"!!!
Merry Christmas President Obama and Big Sis!
