The government forces can go one block at a time with crushing force. They would not take on everyone at once.
This might be true. For a while.
I invite you to ponder the possible consequences of such a course of action.
Questions to consider:
1. Would it be possible to keep the story bottled up tight, or would there be inevitable leaks?
2. What would the likely reaction of the American public be to such a show of force? Would it be supported initially? As it proceeded to more and more blocks?
3. What is the probability that non-local friends or relatives of those in the subdued blocks (or just those unwilling to sit still for this naked aggression) would strongly disagree with this course of action, and indeed, would take significant and personal offense to it?
4. What are the chances that some of those who took offense to the destruction of their friends, family and fellow Americans might have, in their personal storehouse of knowledge, accurate information as to where some of those ordering this activity, and those following those orders, make their residence? Or their immediate and not-so-immediate families?
5. What is the probability that those same bureaucrats, agents, enablers and their families can be completely protected 24 hours a day, every day, from now on?
I agree with B4Ranch - those that would visit violence upon the American people should not be surprised to have violence visited upon them in return.
Just some things to ponder.
