Never said it was an exact cycle. It never has been, and this is one of the longest bottoms on record. It did finally show some signs of life, looked like it would not.
I could use another good sunspot maximum. Still have a lot of places that I would like to work. I am not a paper collector though, like to wrag chew. Especially with techies.
I don’t think we have gone through the max for this cycle, but we may not have a big max for a few cycles. By the way, 20 m is alive most of the time on digital with PSK 31. Not the fastest rag chew, but contacts can be made.
