If only you and a handful of others with security clearances knew of the flaw...no. You should work within channels until you are convinced that either the flaw is fixed, or that your boss is bullsh---ing you. Then in the latter case your responsibility is to blow the whistle.

If on the other hand, tens of thousands of the public at large are seeing the security flaw every single day, yep, putting it on YouTube is perfectly OK with me.
